‘Hero’ Karachiites save injured dog from gutter

 Karachi: A prompt response by private animal welfare staff to the public call has saved the life of a wounded and abandoned a dog in the Sindh capital city.

According to “Innocent Pets” spokesperson Muhammad Adeel, it took them two days to catch the canine. “He was very aggressive and not trusting of humans. Had a terrible open wound badly infested with maggots,” Adeel wrote on Twitter.

The activist also urged the people for funds for animal’s treatment.
